GERALDINE LIVE STOCK SALE. There was a good attendance of buyers at the Geraldine live stock tale on Wednesday, when there was an entry of about 3000 sheep and 70 head of cattle. There was keen competition for forward sheep, hoggets, ewes with lambs at foot, and cattle of all kinds sold well, full market rates being obtained. The prices are Sheep—4-tooth maiden ewes, 14a 3d ; 2 and 4-tooth wethers, 13s 4d; threequarter bred hoggets, 11*; ewes and lambs (all counted), 8s ; halfbred wethers (forward), 15s 6d, 16s 7d and 15s 9d; aged ewes and lambs \all counted), 5s 5d to 6s 6d ; sound ewes and lambs (all counted), 7s bd to 7s 6d; hoggets, 9s 7d, 9j 9d, 10s, 10s 6d, and 11s Id.
