County Council. COUNTY OF WAIMATE. SPECIAL ORDER DIVIDING WAIHAO RIDING. OTICE is hereby given that a meeting of the 'Waimate County Council will be held at the County Council Chambers, Waimate, on the 29th day of OCTOBER, 1902, at which will "be 'submitted for confirmation a Resolution adopted at a special meeting of the said Council held on the 24th of September, 1902, to make a Special Order, the object or purpose of which is to divide the present Waihao Riding into two Ridings, as desqribed in the said Resolution, to bef known as the Upper Waihao Ridin# and Lower Waihao Riding respectively, and to be represented by >Bne Councillor each, and that a .co/y of the proposed Special Order (deposited at the office of the Waimate County Council, and is now open to the inspection of the public during office hours until the said 29th of October, 1902. The proposed Special Order is to take effect from the date of publication of same in the New Zealand Gazette. Dated 24th September, 1902. GEO. V. COCHRANE, County Clerk.
