Waitaki Electorate.
MR GEO. MILLER A CANDIDATE
| Mr George Miller, farmer, Hook, will be a candidate at next general election for the Waitaki seat, now occupied by the Hon. W. J. Steward, .M.H.Ii. Mr Miller is 12 years of age, was born in Brisbane, aud after living in Southland, Kakanui, and Geraldine, came to Hook, where he has been for the last 27 years. He has taken a great deal of interest in local bodies, has been a member of the Licensing Committee for a number of years, and is vicepresident of the A. and P. Association.
