Domain Board.
The monthly meeting of the Domain Board was held on Monday evening after the Council meeting. The caretaker’s report showed that he had been employed in cutting large trees. Had received walnuts and native plants from Dunedin’ which be would plant at once. The Acclimatisation Society were building a run for pheasants in the Park. It was decided to write and thank the caretaker of the Dunedin Botanical Gardens for sending the native trees. Accounts amounting to £57 in were passed.
