Subject to any necessary alteration, mails will close as under: Thursday, 29tii May. For the Australian States (via Wellington), at 5 p.m. Saturday, 31st May. For the United Kingdom and Europe (specially addressed via Suez), India, China, South Africa, and Australian Slates (via Bluff), at 3 p.m. For Northern Porta of New Zealand, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, at 3 p.m. The next parcel mail for the United Kingdom will close at Waimate on the 80th Inst. The next mail for the United Kingdom via San Francisco will close at Waimate on June 4lh, 1902. PRINCE OF WALES’ BIRTHDAY. Tuesday, 3rd June, 1902. A close holiday will be observed at the Waimate Post Office. All mails will be close I on M-mday, June 2nd, at 8 p.m. Counter delivery of correspondence Monday evening, 7 to 8 o’clock. G. It.
