Montgomery's Entertainers.
~f. ■■ — O ' There was a very good home to greet this popular Company on Thursday evening and the programme throughought was greatly appreciated, so much so that a number of the same people returned last when the house was again a fair one. Mr Montgomery's aim is to give a good, tasteful entertainment and he succeeds excellently well. His bioscope pictures are clear and good and the kinematograph works without a Sicker, rendering it in no way trying on the eyes, and the audience expressed its appreciation by frequent applause. The picures of " Our Army and Our Navy" took best, as might he expected, but the other excellent pictures were Iduly applauded- The programme contains items hy a number of vocalists, chief among them being Mr Montgomery himseU, his fino voice being heard to great advantage in The Cuckoo's Song and She's all we have To-night. In thanking the audience for their patronage Mr Montgomery announced that he expected to return to Wairaale , about October, | with the best Coronation pictures I procurable*.
