QUALIFICATION OF "HOUSEHOLDER."

TO TIIK EDITOR. Sir,—Will you kindly inform me through the space of your valuable paper if three brothers who sleep underlie same roof in the one house can have the privilege of voting as householders ? This took place at the school committee election on the 28th ult, as though there were only one man in the one house. I would think that two of the brothers woufll be lodgers, and only one of the thre'e the owner of the house. —I am, &c, Subsckibkr. Your opinion is correct if one brother owns the property. — [Ed.|
