Johnson, an application, that defendant should contribute to the maintenance of his illegitimate child, Mr Hamiluin appeared for the complainant. After the evidence pf complainant and witnesses had been taken, an order was made that defendant should pay 7s a w-ek until the child is fourteen yeru’j of age ; abo, 3a exp rises and £2 2s solicitor’s fee ; defendant and one surety to enter into.a recognisance of £6O for fulfilment of the order.
