Rifle Shooting.
MR TWOMEY'S CUP.
The Studholme Mounted Rifles completed the firing for Mr Twomey's Cup on Thursday last. The conditions were three competitions of 7 flhots at each of 300, 500 and 600 yards, the two highest scores to count. Trooper Twomey proved the winner- with 180 points, Q.M. Sergeant Wain and Trooper H. Roberts being very olose up with 178 and 177 respectively. Following are the chief scores for the third competition and the final:—
