o j •TVaimatb, December 19th, 1901. (Before Mr J. Keddell, S.M.) , DBDNKKNNESS. T. O'Sullivan did not appear to 'answer to a charge of being found **lrunk in Queen street that morning at 12.30. A fine of 5s was inflicted ; in 'default twenty-four hours' imprisonment. GORSE CASES. Mr Hamilton applied for, and was ; ;granted, a further adjournment till -January 16th, 1902, in a case in which ■a ratepayer had failed to clear gorsa from his road frontage when ordered "to do so by the County Council. •CIVIL CASES. Manchester v. L. Todd, claim £1 9s -adjournment was granted on plaintiff's with costs, ss. In Barclay v. E. Ellen, claim £223. and Barclay v. M. Burke, claim £1 12s, judgment went by default, Mr Hamilton appearing,for plaintiff; 5s -'costs iu each case. OLD AGB PEKSIdNS. The Court then sat as an Old Age -Pension Court, when 22 pensions were Renewed and one grant ed.
