The American visible wheat supply is 85,631,000 bushels. The Colonial Consignment and Distributing Company have received the following cablegram . “ Frozen meat market, Canterbury mutton, 3£d ; North Island, 2|d. The market is over-supplied and the demand is very poor. First quality lamb, 4|d ; second quality, 4Jd.” Messrs Da'geiy and Co. report under date London. December 4, as follows : “ Since our last telegram prices of tallow are unchanged. The demand for merino and fine crossbred wools is brisk at full prices, but there is no improvement in coarse crossbred. Owing to a thick fog no sales were held As at present arranged the sales wid last until the 14th December. Our own last sale takes place on the 13th, but we are oil ring r he hulk of our consignments on the 9th inst.”
