Thursday, November 21st. Before Major Keddell, S.M. DF.CNKIWN3CSS. Charles Mitchell pleaded guilty to a charge of being drunk‘on Tuesday, and was fined as, or in default twenty-four hours’ imprisonment. FAILING TO CLEAR GCRSIi. County Council v. Rattray, failing bo clear gorse. An adjournment was granted in this case at the request of d-fendan: through Mr Hamilton, who appeared for the Council, CIVIL CASES, Manchester and Co. v. J< Bell, claim £7 lis. , V.. G. Bean. . claim £2 7s 9d. No appearance of defendant in either case, and judgment was -’given by default. OLD a(:E PENSIONS. One application lor renewal of an old age pension was refused, applicant being ia very good circumstances, Beefore Messrs Atwill and Graham, J's.P. PROHIBITION ORDER. A prohibition order was applied for against William Dillon. The order was granted foe twelve months. BREACH Of-‘ THE PEACE. C. Mitchell pleaded guilty to using ingulfing language on the Show ground,- thereby causing a breach of the peace. A fine of I.os was imposed, or in default forty-eight hours’ imprisonment,
