Hono Koho, October 8. The Legation quarter in Pekin is strongly fortified, the British Legation being especially formidable. The Legation Guards are being eonfined to barracks owing to Ohineea complaints of their roaming over Pekin intoxicated, and maltreating and robbing residents. London, October 8.
