Fire at Jacksonville.
New York, May 3., r Thirty-five blocks of buildings at Jacksonville, Florida, wore burned. Tiie spread of tlie flames was greatly assisted by a gale, which was raging, during the fire. May 4\ The fire at Jacksonville destroyed 'the St. James’ Hotel and Windsor Hotel, the Catholic Church and two .acres of residential properties.
