Scene in the House of Commons.
London, March 6
In the House of Commons six Nationalist members at midnight, during a debate on the education vote, refused to vote on account of the closure being enforced, and were suspended. They declined to leave the House and the Sergeaat-at-Arms called in the Police.
A free fight ensued over Mr E. Crean, the member for South-east Cork, who was the first member ordered to quit. The other five members helped him to resist, and it took six policemen five minutes to carry him out, which was accomplished amidst struggling yells and cheers, several singing “ God save Ireland.” Most of the others resisted and struggled similarly.
