December 27. Sir William Lyne (New South Wules), Sir Ovorge Turner and Mr Deakin (Victoria,) Sir John Format (West Australia) and Mr Dickson (Queensland) have agreed to join Mr Barton. The 'Ministry is therefore complete, excepting for the South Australian representatives. It is not yet settled whether he will be Mr Kingstoi or Mr Holder.
Brisbane, December 26. Mr Barton has coruaianicated with Mr Dickson, and, it Is understood, offered him a pottfolio.
