He asked for a larger platform on the top ; of the windmill. The protection j in the creek stood the flood well. ; It was decided to accede to the i request. j Mr Philip said Mr Costello had ! brought before him the fact that ■ a section he was leasing from '■ the Board was being washed, away. He asked that it be protooted. It was decided to instruct the caretaker to report on the matter, and the meeting then ended. :
