The Canterbury farmers' Co-operative Association, Ltd., report under date, Timarii, May 19th, 1890 :— The market is practically on the same footing as per our last reports, we give nominal values a 9 under : — Wheat — Tuscan and velvet 2s 2d to 2s Sri, on trucks, Timaru for prime, red chaff and Webbs' Challenge 2s Id to 2s lid f.0.b., according to sample, good clean seconds Is 5d to Is 6d, f.o.b, sacks extra. Oats.— Duns Is 3d to Is 4d, f.ob. for beat quality, Is 2d to Is 24 d for lighter samples ; Danish Is Id f.o.b. to Is 2{d; sparroWbills Is 2^d to Is 3\d f.o'b., Canadians, none offering, up to Is 6d, f.o.b. Potatoes unsaleable ; value say 20s f.o.b. sacks in.
