Monday, April 10. DRUNKENNESS.

T. Hogan was charged with being drunk in Manse street on Apul Bth. E\idence was given by Constable Gough. Fined 5s or in default 24 hours. The same accused was charged with being violent in a railway carnage at Htudhohne-Junction on Apul 9th. Constable Paiker ga\e evidence as to sjemg accused trung to fight another man in the carnage. Se-^eral passengers had to leave the carnage owing to the annoyance. Fined J£l or in default seven dayb' imprisonment.
