Messrs Guinness and LeCren report that at this sale yesterday very few entries came forward owing to the heavy rain which set in in the early morning- A good demand existed for ewes with lambs At foot and also for good hoggets. A noticeable feature of the sale was the advanced prices ruling for store cattle. Sales effteted : Fat ew«s, in wool, 13s ; good hoggets, 10s 3d. Cattle — Yearlings, 8s to 15s ; two-year-olds, 30s to 455; three-year-oli and young cows (dry) 45s to 67s 6d.
