MALTA.

Telegrams from Malta, dated September 8, state that five companies of the 14th Regiment had been placed under canvas, owing to three deaths on the 6th instant, added to two previously, from cholera Four bills of health have been issued declaring that«poradic.cases have occurred with fatal termination. The other regiments arc healthy. Four cases of cholera have occurred amongst civilians. The disease has since abated.
