The insurrection has been suppressed and it is asserted that General Prim has been betrayed. The Government has prohibited the entry into Spain of all foreign journals treating the insurrection from a point of view favorable to the insurgents. It is feared that tresh insurrectionary risings 'may take place m those provinces which have up to the present time remained'quiet. A royal decree has been issued commuting the punishment of the pait'eipators in the recent insurrection from death to penal servitude. The ro-opening of the Cortes is announced to take place on the 11th October.
