All entries must be iv writing, specifying age, and description of horse, and color of rider ; and contain requisito entrance money. 5. -All horses must be ridden in colors. 6. In all matters connected with the race 3, or any disputes, the decision of the Stewards to be final. 7. Any dogs on the Course will bo destroyed. 8. All Stakes paid less 5 per cent. 9. A qualification fee must be paid by eanh owner that enters, or nominates a horse or horses, on the following scale, viz., for one or more events, under 50 soys, 2 soys ; for 50 soys, 3 soys ; for 100 soys or over, 4 soys. Bufc Ihe said fees not to be accumulative. Subscribers of 4 or more soys, are not required to pay any fee for qualification. N.B.
