IN Consequence of numerous complaints reaching this Office regarding the non-delivery of the Despatch and Leader, and other irregularities over which the proprietors have had no control, it has been decided that in future the "West Coast Times, and Despatch, and Leader can only be supplied direct through the head office, where subscriptions are re quested in future to be paid monthly, in advance.
