RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
(Before G-. G- FitzGerald, Esq., R.M.) Saturday, 7th July. Dbunk and Incapable. — John M'Ellister, on bail, failing to appear forfeited his recognizance, £5. Conspiracy to Murder. — William Delacy, on remand from Okarita, charged with this offence, was further remanded until the 16th inst., at the request of the police. James Wright was charged by Sergeant Dyer with frequenting a public place with intent to commit a felony. He was remanded until the 19th, to enable him to produce witnesses, as to character.
