At tho present juncture, wo consider your sorvices would be invaluable to Westland in gonoral, and to tho Waimea District in particular, being as we understand, not only a practical miner possessing a large stako in tho neighbourhood, but thoroughly familiar with tho best moans of working to advantage tho water power, which it will ore long be our pride to command.
