WOOL REPORT.
The probability of a continental war has caused great dulness in manufacturing districts, preventing speculation. The prices ruling at last sales have not been maintained. Should war arise before next sales, which are expected to commence 10th May, with catalogues amounting to about 150j000 bales, lower prices are anticipated. Fortunately stocks are light.
