DnutfK ahd DiBOBDEBi,r. — Henry Brown alias Broom was fined 5s for being drunk and 15s for disorderly conduct, or in default 48 hours imprisonment with hard labor.

Larckny as a Bailee. — John Hamian, alias "Trotters" was charged with this offence. After hearing the evidence of the prosecutor Samuel Jacobs, toe Magistrate discharged the prisoner, remarking that the criminal accusation might not have been brought into court, as the matter wa9 strictly one for a civil action.

CIVIL CASKS.

Davies y Watts. — Mr. Button appeared for the plaintiff. Judgment by default for £50 and costs, amount of dishonored accoptancc.
