Stoain and water-powor will bo supplied for showing machinery in motion. Exhibitors must make all necessary mechanical connections at their own expense. Packing cases must bo removed at tho co&t of tho exhibitors so soon as tho goods aro taken chargo of by tho Commissioners.
Exhibitors will bo permitted) subject only to tho necessary general regulations, to erect, according to their own taste, all counters, stands, glass frames, brackets, awnings, hangings, or othor similar con'rivnnces, which they may consider bost calculated for tho disp'ay of their goods.
