An exhibition of tho produots, manufactures, and arts of New South Wales, South Australia, Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania, New Zealand, and Victoria) will bo held in Mol bourne in 1866. Tho Exhibition will open not earlier than tho month of August, and will roraain open for not loss than two months. The Commissioners will be prepared to receive artioles intended for exhibition from tho Ist to tho 21st of July inclusive. In order to givo tho Commissioners the opportunity of making adequate arrangements, forms of appHoation for space should be sont in without delay, and in no case will applications bo reoeived later than tho 17th Juno, 1866. Intending exhibitors aro requested to givo a full description of thoir goods on tho form on the othor side, nnd particularly to desoribo all points of novelty or originality in tho objeots exhibited. v Exhibitors must stata whether they are the designers, inventors, manufacturers, or producers of the artioles they propose to exhibit. The Commissioners reserve- to thenicelves tho right to receivo for exhibition only, and not for competition (if space admit), any object not tho produce of tho above-mentioned Coloifies, whioh may bo considered to possess especial inorit, The Commissioners decline- to any articlo thoy may think unsuitablo^'Uie Exhibition, or objects of an inflammatory, offensivo, perishable, or dangerous character, Counters and wall space will bo provided. All goods and artioles for exhibition must be dolivered at tho building at tho chargo and risk of tho exhibitor. Articles and packages will bo unloaded at the building. Should the exhibitors or their agonts not Ye present, the packages ill pened by the oilicors of tho .Exhibition, and tho contents distributed with care, but at tho risk of tho exhibitor. ' Tickets will bo issued to ovory exhibitor, his agent, or servant, to onablo him to pass into the building between certain hours to arrango tho articles for exhibition. Theso tickets must bo produced on entrance, and given up when required. Exhibitors may employ assistants to keep in order tho articles they exhibit, or to explain them to visitors, aftor obtaining written permission from tho Commissioners to that effect. Freo admisfcion, within limits to be fixed by the Commissioners, will bo given to visitor or thoir agents. Effectual means will bo taken, through the agency of tho police and otherwise, to guard against fire and protect tho property in tho exhibition ; but tho Commissioners will not be responsible for losses by fire, robbery, accident, or damage of any kind. Medals or certificates of merit will bo awarded in tho different- classes Prices may bo affixed to tho articles exhibited. Articles of great hvao and weight, tho placing of which will require considerable labor, must bo sent on or before tho 14th of Juno ; and persons wishing to exhibit inacliinory or other objects that will require foundations, must make a declaration to that effootin their application for spaco.
