TO SUBSCRIBERS, ADVERTISERS, AND THE PUBLIC. The opportunity is now afforded the proprietors of this journal, by the arrival of a steam printing machine and tho necessary plant, of announcing its early issue as a DAILY NEWSPAPER. Tho first number of the West Coast Timks, as a daily journal, will bo published on the Ist January next. Tho Subscription will be Twelve Shillings per Month, tb be paid in advance. Subscriptions will be received only at the Publishing Olfico, or by an authorised Collector. In the delivery of the paper tho convenience of tho subscribeis will be consulted in the fust instance. The use of efficient machinery will enable tho whole issue for subscribers to be delivered between tho hours of six and seven on the mornings of publication, Subscribers are requested to provide boxes or other receptacles to facilitate a speedy delivery of their papers. The hours at which each day's publication commences and closes will be announced in the following morning's paper for tho "information of subscribers ; and it is requested that any complaint of irregularity or delay in delivery may bo inado to tho Publisher in writing. The Scale of Charges for" advertisements will be reconstructed. No advertisements will bo received later than seven o'clock on the evening prior to publication, with the exception of auction advertisements, which will be taken up to eight o'clock p.m. Any Advertisements received after thoso hours will be charged double. All notices inserted above the leader will bo charged double the price of ordinary advertisements. Engraved cuts in advcitjsements will not in any case be admitted. A Monthly Summary of News will bo specially printed for despatch by tho outgoing English Mails. Parties requiring extra copios of these issues are requested to send thoir orders to the publishing oflice, as early as convenient, on the day prior to publication. Persons residing at a distance- from town desirous of having the Summary edition posted to foreign places, may make arrangements with tho Publisher for that puiDOse. Captains of vessels in port will bo furnished gratuitously with copies of the paper on sending to the office Hotelkoepors subscribing for two copies of tho Times will bo entitled to any extra number of copies they may require, at ono half the ordinary rato of subscription.
