The " Argiis" of tho 13th inst., reports :—: — In the Import mnrke.ts to-day, business closed for the week without showing signs of vitality. In breadstuff's nothing of tho slightest importance transpired ; sales have been trifling, not having extended beyond requirements. Adohiule flour remains steady at L2B 108 to L 29. Chilian has been maintained at L 25 10s, and Chilian wheat closes firm, at 12s for tiade purposes. Outs meet with considerable notice Somo 6,000 bushels of colohial wero placed at 5s 9d. A shipment qf Robert Porter's stout has been placed at 8s 9d ; and Henry White and Co.'s has bern disposed of at 10s 3d, Holders of coarso salt refuse to quote under L 4. Mess pork has advanced to L 6 10s for barrels, at which ' it is firm. The cargo of teas per Tailee is to be offered by publio sale on Monday. Samples have been on viow for tho last two days at the stores of tho auctioneers, and wo understand that tho teas are of a most suitable description for trade requirements.
