(By Electric Telegraph.) Sydney, Nov. 6. Flour is rather easier in conspquence of arrivals from the West Coast. Adelaide is quoted at L 29 to L3O ; Chilian, L 26. Arrivals. — Feronia, from Valparaiso, wiih 2262 bags of wheat and 417 bags of flour. The Adieu, colonial brig, went ashore at Valparaiso, and became a total wreck. The following "cargoes have arrived :— The Stag, with 2118 baskets of sugar ; the Cathay, with 7 122 packages of tea; and the Esk, with 4000 tons of bugar.
