TO TUB EDITOR OF TUB WEST COAOT TIME 3; Sir, — Having Ihcao last fow days taken a survey of tho Bar and River, I would bog to suggest that tho South Sumaphoro should bo used as well as tho North to guide vessels in tho Itivor after crossing tho Bar, which would prevent any accident occurring on cither shore, and would bring thorn safo into tho port. Knowing that you will bo too happy to insert anything for tho benefit of tho public, as well as tho safety of ships and proporty arriving hero, I am, &c, Blub Jaoket. July 27, 1805. ♦
