[ British Official Wireless. ] Received March 1, 5.5 p.m. RUGBY, Feb. 28. The Foreign Secretary (Lord Halifax) is confined to his house with influenza. He was not able to take his seat in the House of Lords to-day. Lord Strabolgi, for the Opposition, wished him a speedy recovery.
