SEQUEL TO COLLISION IN ATLANTIC Received Feb. 28, 9.30 p.m. NEW YORK, Feb. 27. The freighter Lillian, which was rammed by the North German liner Wiegard off the New Jersey coast, sank this afternoon almost pulling down the tug which had just got a line aboard. The Lillian's crew are aboard a coastguard cutter. Earlier it was reported that the captain had decided to return to the vessel, which was still afloat at 7 a.m.
