RANGITIKEI RACING CLUB
THE AUTUMN MEETING ACCEPTORS FOR SATURDAY Acceptances for all events at the Rangitikei Racing Club’s meeting, to be held on Saturday next, closed last night, and the response was very good indeed. Eight have accepted for the Rangitikei Cup and includes material for a great race. The open sprint, the Bailej’ Memorial, has drawn a field of nine runners, and with such performers as Oratory, Mittie, Taurangi, Lady Ina, Taitoru, and Ecstatic, the eventual winner is well concealed. The other events have filled well, and as the tracks arc reported to be in good shape, the prospects for a successful meeting are bright. Following are the acceptances:—
