FAREWELL FUNCTION TO MR ORMOND WILSON. MARTON, Feb. 28.

A farewell evening and presentation has been arranged by the N.Z. Labour Party to Mr. Ormond Wilson, which will take place in the Civic Theatre, Marton, on Friday evening, March 3, commencing at 8 o’clock. Dancing, vocal and instrumental items, popular, orchestral music and supper will be the order of the evening. No invita-

tions are being issued, and everybody is welcome.

Mr. Wilson, who lost the Rangitikei seat to Mr. E. B. Gordon at the last general election, intends going abroad shortly.
