EXEMPTION OF BUILDER SHORTAGE OF TRADESMEN (Per Press Association.J WELLINGTON, Feb. 27. In the Supreme Court a juryman asked for an exemption because he was a building contractor with three houses under construction and the shortage of tradesmen made his absence from work embarrassing. Mr. Justice Smith agreed that the shortage of tradesmen was a reasonable excuse and granted the exemption.
