ANTI-SUBMARINE TRAINING

AUSTRALIAN AND NEW ZEALAND NAVIES BRITISH CRAFT AT SYDNEY Received Feb. 25, I a.m. SYDNEY, Feb. 24. The British submarine Phoenix arrived at Sydney, from Hongkong, to co-operate in anti-subrharine training by the Australian and New Zealand naval and naval reserve personnel. The New Zealand sloops Wellington and Leith arrived this afternoon at 2.15 p.m., and their officers and ratings will undergo a course in anti-sub-marine work in conjunction with the Phoenix, which was given a rousing welcome by harbour vessels and naval ships.
