German Activity On Frontier WAR MATERIALS FOR NEW SIEGFRIED LINE [By Telegraph—Press Association— £opyrighti Received Feb. 23, 11.55 p.m. PRAGUE, Feb. 23. Train loads of Czech barbed wire, heavy artillery and cement arc being rushed to Stettin, Kustrin and I’rouse for Germany’s new Siegfried line on the Polish border. Poland is most concerned as her main war industries and oilfields are only 50 miles from the southern heel of the line.
