GERMAN DEMANDS
RIGHTS IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA MINISTER WITHIN CABINET [By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright] Received Feb. 23, 9.30 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 23. The Prague correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says that the German Sudeten leader, Herr Kundt, after a three days' visit to Berlin, demands exclusive rights for Germans in Czechoslovakia beyond the present minority rights. Specific demands are Herr Kundt’s appointment as German Minister within the Czech Cabinet to enable supervision of these rights, permission to found a Nazi Parly, membership in which is open to Czechs, and the reinstatement of former German officials in Government posts.

GERMANS WILL LOSE CITIZENSHIP. BERLIN, Feb. 22. It is decreed that Germans enlisting in the French Foreign Legion will lose their citizenship.
