ANNUAL CARNIVAL RESULTS OF FINALS Keen competition marked the finals of the Wanganui Primary Schools’ Swimming and Life-saving Association’s annual carnival, which were decided under ideal conditions at the Intermediate School baths yesterday. A pleasing feature of the carnival was the capable manner in which the full programme of more than 50 events was put through.
