Mrs. J. Martin and Miss M. Martin, Gisborne, are visiting Wanganui. Mr. and Mrs. J. Falstaff, of Thames, are visitors to Wanganui. Miss M. Willis and Miss V. Willis, of Greatlord, were visitors to Wellington this week. Miss Vera Madely left by car today to spend a few days in Hamilton. * ¥ * * Mrs. H. G. Drew, Koromiko Road, who has been visiting Wellington, has returned home. * >f. * * Mrs. C. F. Pierce, England, is al present the guest of Mrs. M. Earle, Wicksteed Street. Mrs. E. P. Webster and Miss Joan Webster, of New Plymouth, are visitI ing Wanganui for the races. They I are staying at "Bushy Park," Kai |lwi. Mrs. T. 11. Lowry, of Hawke’s Bay, is a visitor to Wanganui for the race meeting. During her stay in the city she will address a gathering of the newly-formed branch of the New Zealand Red Cross Society. Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Cross, who left Wanganui about two years ago lor a trip abroad, returned to New Zealand early in the week. After a few days in Auckland they will go on to Pio Pio for a short stay before returning to their home on Hipangc Terrace. The Barron—Taylor bridal photographs were taken at Tesla Studios.’
