LIFE BEGINS IN COLLEGE
RITZ BROTHERS AGAIN Tony Martin is featured in the important supporting cast of “Life Begins in College,” Twentieth CenturyFox musical hit starring the Ritz Brothers, on the Regent programme for Saturday of next week. Formerly an orchestra leader and stage and radio singer, Martin began his theatrical career while he was a student at St. Mary’s College. The supporting cast also features Joan Davis and Gloria Stuart, and includes Fred Stone, Nat Pendleton, Ed Thorgersen, Dick Baldwin, Joan Marsh, Dixie
Dunbar, Jed Prouty, Maurice Cass, Marjorie Weaver and J. C. Nugent. Film detective enthusiasts, who pride themselves on solving screen mysteries before the cinema detective, will be perplexed when they see “The Lady in the Morgue,” another one of the famous Universal Crime Club mysteries, which is an associate attraction. Preston Foster leads the cast in this thrilling picture, and is ably supported by Patricia Ellis and Frank Jenks.
