PARLIAMENT PROROGUED TO MAY 25. PROCLAMATION PUBLISHED. WELLINGTON, Feb. 21. The New Zealand Parliament is prorogued to May 25 by proclamation published in a special Gazette issued Hast night. This indicates that there will be no I meeting of Parliament before that I date unless, of course, some unforeseen 'or unprecedented development de- ( mands that members of the Legislature be called together earlier. Parliament was prorogued on ; November 15 to Thursday of I his Week, and with the expiry of the lime 'covered by that proclamation a further prorogation has been necessary.
