SUPPLIES OF NEW CAPITAL FOR AUSTRALIA SYDNEY, Feb. 17. Refugees from Europe are expected to bring £4,500,000 in new capital into Australia in the next three years, states the Canberra correspondent of the Sydney Morning Herald. In the last half of 1938 it is estimated that European migrants brought in £500,000. One migrant coming to Australia notified the authorities that he can transfer £20,000 to Australia at a moment’s notice.
