INSURGENT GUNS NEAR GIBRALTAR. LONDON, Feb. 15. General Sir Charles Harington, exGovernor and Commander-in-Chiet at 1 Gibraltar, addressing the Empire Society, said: — • “I dont’ believe that insurgent guni were installed with hostility against Gibraltar. There were never more ! than four 12-inch howitzers, and these were removed months ago. ’ ! He added that during the crisif ■ there were four anti-aircraft guns a‘ ' Gibraltar.
