INSURGENT GUNS NEAR GIBRALTAR. LONDON, Feb. 15. General Sir Charles Harington, exGovernor and Commander-in-Chiet at 1 Gibraltar, addressing the Empire Society, said: — • “I dont’ believe that insurgent guni were installed with hostility against Gibraltar.
