TAIHAPE SALE
VALUES SATISFACTORY Messrs. Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report an average yarding of sheep comprised principally of lambs at the above fixture. Competition throughout was slow. Nevertheless, sales were effected in practically every case at values which proved satisfactory to vendors. A small yarding of cattle attracted quite good competition at values fully up to late rate. Quotations were: Five-year ewes, 14s, 14s 3d to 15s 6d; medium ewe lambs, 13s, 13s fid, 14s to 15s; small wether lambs, ss. 5s 6d, 6s, 7s, 7s 6d to Bs, 9s to 10s 6d.
