RAIN ON PEOPLE’S DAY
MASTERTON SHOW CONCLUDES VISIT OF GOVERNOR-GENERAL [ Per Press Association. I MASTERTON, Feb. 15. People's Day at the Masterton Show was spoilt by cold, wet weather. Rain fell early in the morning but cleared off later when there was a large crowd. The Governor-General, Lord Galway, arrived in the morning and officially opened the show. A night show last night drew many thousands, the takings being £2O greater than last year.
